Welcome to Our Web Site!

Thank you for your interest in                            The Early Childhood Prep School          "Where we're All About Children"

Our Mission Statement:                                           ECPS is a suburban school with an accelerated curriculum based in an atmosphere filled with character, love, and Christian morals.

We seek to nurture and individualize learning to develop confident, loving, and adept learners for future times.

When describing The Early Childhood Prep School, three areas come to mind:  accelerated education, character, and love.  ECPS's dedication in each of these areas makes this a special place.

The Early Childhood Prep School's Accelerated Education based curriculum prepares our students for success.  The world is expecting children to know more skills earlier in life.  That is why we promote our students to do their best in an individualized manner.  We implement current curriculum that is relevant to today's child.  Our learning techniques are exciting as well as educational.

Our Character is abundant:  the mix of education with a relaxed, nurturing, and stimulating atmosphere means that children enjoy school.  Confident and adept learners come from The Early Childhood Prep School.

Love, both of self and others, is an integral aspect of The Early Childhood Prep School.  Children learn best when they feel supported, accepted, and loved.  We continue to work to broaden our understanding of individualized education in terms of curriculum and daily interactions.

A school is no stronger than its faculty.  Our teachers are committed to their students and promoting a Christian based philosophy while providing the best quality education and child care possible.  We promote Christian morals and values.  But that is only the beginning.  The school was originally located at 1336 Caulks Hill Road for over a decade.  We moved to our new location in the Heritage area next to Page extension in May 2004.  We have since grown to include an existing facility at the corner of Wild Horse Creek and Baxter Roads in Chesterfield. On staff is an executive director with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education and a Masters degree  in Educational Curriculum.  Along with being the Executive Director of the 2 locations Elizabeth Sparks established the schools in July of 1993.

We hope that you take the time to visit our schools and see the exemplary opportunities we offer children for learning through an exciting atmosphere.
